Barbecued ribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- lemon, sliced - 1 item
- dashes Tabasco - 2 item
- ribs, cut in serving pieces, or pork fingers - 3 4
How to make barbecued ribs:
Heat oven to 450°. Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. On each piece, place slice of onion and lemon. Roast for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 1 1/2 hours. Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
