Worcestershire sauce dash of Tabasco sauce1 Tbsp. lemon juice Before grilling: In large saucepan cover ribs with water; salt to taste. Simmer covered over medium-low heat for 1 hour. Meanwhile prepare Barbecue Sauce. Drain ribs; place in covered dish. Pour Barbecue Sauce over, coating each rib. Let cool.* Cover and refrigerate overnight.Barbecue Sauce: Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
On the Grill: Place on grill 4 to 6 inches from hot coals. Cook about 20 minutes, until browned and heated through, brushing with sauce as necessary.
*By refrigerating the ribs in the sauce, there is more time for the flavors to penetrate into the meat, however they can be grilled immediately by brushing with the sauce during cooking.
