Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- ground beef
- fat - 1 item
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Mix ground beef, milk, salt and pepper. Shape into small meatballs. Brown in small amount of fat. Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar and water. Pour over meatballs. Cover; cook 10 minutes. Turn meat occasionally.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
