Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- catsup - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper optional - 1/2 c
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Moisten bread crumbs with milk. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. Place in baking dish.Mix Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, catsup, water, onion and green pepper. Pour over patties and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
