  • oil - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • to 6 pork chops, browned - 4 item

How to make oven barbecued pork chops:

Brown pork chops. Pour all ingredients mixed over pork chops. Cover and bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
