- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar, packed - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chili sauce - 1 c
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- tarragon leaves - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- new potatoes - 10 item
- hot pepper - 1/4 tsp
- pieces Swiss cheese - 2 item
- boneless chicken breast fillets - 2 item
- chicken nuggets - 1 pkg
- large bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets - 1 item
- slice boiled ham - 1 item
How to make barbecue sauce:
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in a small mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Coat a 22 ounce casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray. Pour mixture into the casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, covering the entire surface. Microwave at Medium (50%) for 10 to 12 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
