- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- A - 2 Tbsp
- red pepper, chopped - 1/2 tsp
- Heinz 57 sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup use Healthy Choice or low sugar variety - 1 c
How to make barbecue ribs:
Choose lean ribs. Can be either pork or beef. Put on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Then start basting ribs every 15 minutes with sauce.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Oven, Barbecue.
