Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- onions, cut fine - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue chicken:
Put chicken on flat pan; dab with butter. (I brush mine with oil.) Put in oven at 400° until browned slightly. Then cover with sauce. Reduce temperature to 325°. Cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender and sauce thickens. Sauce is also good for ribs.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
