  • butter - 1/4 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • diced onion - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp

How to make barbecue sauce:

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Good on pork, chicken and beef.
