Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Moisten bread crumbs with milk. Combine with ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into balls. Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
