Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Moisten bread crumbs with milk. Combine with ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into balls and place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes in 375° oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
