Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Moisten bread crumbs with milk. Combine with ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into balls. Place in baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Pour around meatballs. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375°.
