Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- hamburger
- can evaporated milk - 1/2 oz
- quick-cooking oatmeal - 1 c
- Place in a flat pan, only 1 layer to each pan
- liquid smoke or less to taste - 1 Tbsp
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mix all ingredients and shape into balls the size of a walnut. Place in a flat pan, only 1 layer to each pan.Sauce:1 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (or less to taste)1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 c. chopped onions Combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved.
