- quick oatmeal - 3 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- hamburger - 3 lb
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
- 5 c
- Bake on cookie sheet at 375° to 400° until done 8 to 10 minutes
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mix together and form into walnut size meatballs. Bake on cookie sheet at 375° to 400° until done (8 to 10 minutes).Sauce:2 c. ketchup1.5 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 c. chopped onion Mix together.
