Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ketchup
- hamburger - 3 lb
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. ketchup1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 c. chopped onion Mix all meatball ingredients together. Make into 2-inch balls. May be made ahead and frozen.Mix sauce ingredients. Dip meatballs in this. If any remains, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
