Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • ketchup
  • hamburger - 3 lb
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • liquid smoke - 1 tsp

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce:2 c. ketchup1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 c. chopped onion Mix all meatball ingredients together. Make into 2-inch balls. May be made ahead and frozen.

Mix sauce ingredients. Dip meatballs in this. If any remains, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
