Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 2 T
  • water - 1 T
  • pecans - 2 c
  • egg white - 1 item
  • Dash of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves - 1 item

How to make spicy pecans:

Preheat oven to 250°. Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water until frothy. Melt butter in a baking pan in the oven; stir frequently. In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Put pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; coat well. Place on melted butter in baking pan and bake at 250° 15-20 minutes or until done.
