Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- pecan halves and/or pieces - 4 c
How to make roasted pecans:
Melt margarine or butter in large Pyrex baking dish. Stir in pecans, and bake at 300°, stirring every 10 minutes. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of pecans. Pour onto doubled paper towels to cool. Store in plastic Baggie-lined coffee can or other metal container.Recipe categories: Fruit, Appetizers, Nuts.
