Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 4 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- barbecue sauce - 1/4 c
- oats - 1/2 c
How to make baked meatballs:
Preheat oven to 450°. Cover cookie sheet with foil, then spray with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients. Make small balls out of mixture. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Ground beef.
