  • bottle barbecue sauce - 1 oz
  • bottle liquid smoke - 1 item

How to make barbecue brisket:

Trim fat off brisket. Marinate brisket overnight with garlic, celery salt and liquid smoke. Next morning, bake in a slow oven in marinade for 6 to 8 hours at 300° to 325°, according to size of brisket. When done, take out of oven and set for 30 minutes. Slice and put in serving dish. Put barbecue sauce on meat and bake 30 minutes to 1 hour.
