Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- catsup - 2 c
- celery salt - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1/2 c
- liquid smoke - 3 Tbsp
- whole lemon - 1 item
How to make barbecue brisket:
Mix ingredients. Pour over 4 pound or larger brisket, fat side up. Cook brisket with sauce, covered, in 350° oven for 3 to 5 hours (depending on size of brisket). Turn after one hour if possible; baste.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
