  • chicken broth - 1/4 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • light olive oil - 1/2 c
  • coarsely chopped yellow onion
  • sweet Italian sausage meat, removed from casing - 2 lb
  • ground beef chuck - 4 lb
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • cans tomato paste - 2 oz
  • minced fresh garlic
  • ground cumin
  • plain chili powder - 2 oz
  • prepared Dijon mustard - 1/2 c
  • salt - 4 Tbsp
