Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 1 item
- brisket - 1 item
- jar liquid smoke - 1/2 item
How to make barbecue brisket:
Line pan with foil. Place brisket in pan. Use salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Pour liquid smoke over all. Cut up butter and place on top of brisket. Cook at 325° all day until tender. About 1 hour before you are ready to serve, pour barbecue sauce over and return to oven and cook 1 hour. Cool and slice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
