Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- catsup - 1 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- lean beef - 2 2
How to make barbecue beef:
Saute onion until tender in butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients (except beef). Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups. Cut beef into strips; brown in butter. Add to sauce. Simmer. Good served on rice.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
