- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 c
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 1 (6
- green peppers, chopped - 3 item
- beef chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes - 3 lb
How to make barbecue beef:
Put into 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker in order given. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours. With wire whisk, stir until meat is shredded. Serve on hard rolls or burger buns.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
