Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 6 oz
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- boneless pork in 1 1/2-inch chunks
How to make barbecued pork:
Combine ingredients in Dutch oven. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer slowly 3 hours, covered, or until pork is very tender. Skim off fat. Stir with wire whisk until meat is shredded. Salt to taste, if preferred.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork loins.
