Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- cartons Cool Whip - 2 oz
- or 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item
- margarine, divided - 1 c
- 1/2 boxes powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Melt 1/2 cup margarine. Add to graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pat into a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.Combine the sugar, eggs and 1/2 cup soft margarine. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust.
Add a layer of banana slices and pineapple. Spread Cool Whip evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until set.
