Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box chocolate cake, mixed as directed - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix coconut and nuts. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of cake mix (will almost completely cover top). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
