  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • medium bananas, sliced - 4 item
  • softened margarine - 3/4 c
  • jar cherries - 1 oz
  • sifted 10x sugar - 2 c
  • Cool whip - 1 (9

How to make banana split cake:

Combine melted margarine and graham cracker crumbs. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs. Add sugar, margarine and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Spread on crust and chill for 30 minutes. Layer the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 6 hours or overnight. Makes about 15 servings.
