Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 lb
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Filling:1 stick melted butter

How to make graham cracker crumb cake:

Filling:1 stick melted butter1 box powdered sugar1 can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Add crumbs, baking powder, milk, vanilla, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Bake in 3 layer pans for 20 minutes at 275°.

When cake is cool, mix filling ingredients together well with spoon and place filling between layers and on top.
