Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 lb
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Filling:1 stick melted butter
How to make graham cracker crumb cake:
Filling:1 stick melted butter1 box powdered sugar1 can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Add crumbs, baking powder, milk, vanilla, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Bake in 3 layer pans for 20 minutes at 275°.When cake is cool, mix filling ingredients together well with spoon and place filling between layers and on top.
