Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- oregano - 2 tsp
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 12 oz
- can tomatoes with liquid - 1 oz
- ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- jar mushroom stems and pieces - 1 oz
- jar sliced, ripe olives, drained - 1 1/4
How to make baked spaghetti:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1/2 vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup Cheddar chRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
