Ingredients/Components
- diced onion - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- crab meat - 1 lb
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- raw shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1 lb
- diced red or green pepper and/or small can sliced mushrooms optional - 1/2 c
How to make baked seafood salad:
Saut vegetables; add shrimp, crab meat and mayo and mix all together. Put in greased casserole. Top with buttered breadcrumbs and bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
