- egg, beaten - 1 item
- scallops - 1 lb
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make baked scallops:
Dip scallops first in beaten egg to which a little water has been added and then in cracker crumbs. Put in greased baking dish. Dot with pieces of uncooked bacon and bake until tender. Serve with tartar sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Scallops.
