- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- pork chops - 6 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Melt butter in baking dish. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper and cheese. Combine eggs and milk. Dip chops in crumbs, milk mixture, crumbs. Place in baking dish. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Turn and bake another 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
