Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- sliced onion - 1 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Mix well the brown sugar, ketchup and water in a small bowl. Lay chops in pan; salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chops. Place 1 onion slice over each chop. Cover with foil; bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and finish baking 1/2 hour more.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
