Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- pork chops - 4 item
- garlic cloves - 4 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Season chops with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil. Insert 1 clove into each chop and place in casserole. Pour excess fat from browning pan, then add water, sugar, bay leaf, sour cream and vinegar. Stir together and pour over chops.
