Baked lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- Ricotta - 3/4 lb
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- lasagna noodles - 1 lb
- bay leaves - 2 item
- hamburg - 1 lb
- garlic clove, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella - 1 lb
How to make baked lasagna:
Sauce: Brown hamburg in oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, water and bay leaves. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions on package. Arrange lasagna in baking dish in layers, alternating with layers of sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
