Baked lasagna



Ingredients/Components
- curly lasagna - 1 lb
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chopped meat - 1 lb
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- water - 2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- Mozzarella - 1 lb
- Ricotta - 3/4 lb
- bay leaves - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make baked lasagna:
Sauce: Brown chopped meat in oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste (diluted with water), parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.Lasagna: Cook as directed on side of package. Arrange lasagna in baking dish in layers alternating with layers of sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted.
