Baked lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- salt
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- can tomatoes 2 c - 1 lb
How to make baked lasagna:
Mix together and cook 30 minutes the beef, onion, garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook noodles and set aside. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese together. In 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 of the noodles in the bottom. Next, put in 1/2 beef mixture, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat process for second layer. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
