Baked chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced celery - 3/4 c
- Chinese noodles - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1/4 c
- ground round - 1 lb
- small can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
- salt lightly and pepper - 1 item
How to make baked chop suey:
Brown meat with onion. Add rest of ingredients, except noodles. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Mix 3/4 of noodles in casserole. Spread rest over top. Bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
