Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3/4 c
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sliced celery - 3/4 c
  • Chinese noodles - 1 item
  • uncooked rice - 1/4 c
  • ground round - 1 lb
  • small can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
  • salt lightly and pepper - 1 item

How to make baked chop suey:

Brown meat with onion. Add rest of ingredients, except noodles. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Mix 3/4 of noodles in casserole. Spread rest over top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
