Baked chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- diced onion - 1 item
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- peas - 1 c
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- beef, cubed small - 1 lb
How to make baked chop suey:
Use no salt.Mix all ingredients together and put in 2-quart casserole with cover. Bake for 2 hours at 250°. Serve over chow mein noodles or mashed potatoes. Serves at least 8.
