Ingredients/Components
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- quick cooking rice - 2/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1/2 item
- to 4 pieces of chicken - 3 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Mix together rice and cream of chicken soup. Spread on bottom of casserole dish. Lay pieces of chicken on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.This recipe can be doubled for a larger family.
