How to make baked catfish:

Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. Whisk together egg white and milk. Dip fillets in milk mixture, then in dry mixture. Place on foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. A few sesame seed can be sprinkled on the fish fillets before
