- cornmeal - 1/4 c
- egg white - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- skim milk - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- catfish fillets - 4 (4
- cooking spray Pam - 1 item
How to make baked catfish:
Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. Whisk together egg white and milk. Dip fillets in milk mixture, then in dry mixture. Place on foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
