Baked cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
How to make baked cabbage:
Slice cabbage and boil water. Drain well. Mix eggs, butter, milk and salt. Add to cabbage and mix well. Place in greased baking dish; sprinkle with crushed cereal, either Wheaties or corn flakes. Dot with butter. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.In memory of Doris Hansen.
