Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- cream-style corn
How to make scalloped corn:
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add crumbs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch round pan. Melt butter and pour over top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
