Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- fresh or freeze dried chives - 1 2
- large loaf multi-grain bread - 1 item
- bacon preferably Oscar Mayer! - 1 lb
How to make bacon wraps:
Cut crust off bread slices, then cut slices in half (rectangles). Mix chives in cream cheese. Spread mixture on each bread slice. Roll bread up, then wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around rolled bread. Secure with toothpick. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Check after 10 to 15 minutes and turn wraps over to prevent overbrowning on bottom. Drain on towels and serve warm.
