Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • can peaches, drained - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • seedless grapes - 1 c
  • light cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • apples, thinly sliced - 3 item

How to make dessert pizza:

Press dough onto 14-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned and puffed. Cool completely. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together; spread over cookie. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Chill.
