Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- American cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- sliced black olives - 3/4 c
- sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make bacon cheese potatoes:
Peel and cook potatoes until tender but firm. Drain and cube. In a bowl, mix potatoes with onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Put into baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon and olives. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
