- salt - 1 tsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Rinse and scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Use spoon handle under knife so as not to go all the way through. Put in baking dish. Slightly spread apart. Sprinkle with salt. Add Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour at 425° or microwave on High 14 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
