  • slices bacon, cut in half - 8 item
  • cherry tomatoes - 8 item
  • cayenne pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • Cheese Dash to taste - 1 item

How to make bacon cheese appetizers:

Line a microwave-safe baking dish with double layer of paper toweling. Pace bacon slices on dish. Cover with paper toweling. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.

Prepare cheese cubes. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and Cheese Dash. Wrap bacon slices around cheese cubes. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Place on toweling in microwave baking dish. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes (until cheese starts to melt and bacon is done). Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve.
