Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- tomatoes - 6 item
- brown Bouquet sauce - 1 tsp
- cubed, pared potatoes - 1 c
- cut-up carrot - 1 c
How to make autumn soup:
In a large saucepan, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Cook and stir onions with meat until onions are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except tomatoes; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
